Capital of 13 companies sold at public auction

Belgrade, 26 July 2007

The Serbian Privatisation Agency held its 199th public auction today at which the capital of 13 companies was sold.

The company Energosoft from Novi Sad was sold to Sava Komad from Belgrade for RSD 91 million, while the asking price was RSD 6,844 million.

Milenko Bajic from Pancevo on behalf of a consortium purchased the company Dunav for RSD 61 million, while the asking price was RSD 6.776 million.

Vodoprivreda from Pozarevac, for which the starting price was RSD 13.606 was sold to Dragan Zivojinovic, who purchased the company on behalf of a consortium for RSD 76 million.

Djordje Momirovic from Belgrade is the new owner of Agroeksport-Proizvodnja i Promet from Belgrade for RSD 146 million, for which the starting price was RSD 31.155 million.

Manjez from Belgrade was sold to the company Monolit from Belgrade for RSD 3.4 million, while the starting price was RSD 20,000.

Djordje Bozic from Belgrade bought Zitopromet from Zajecar. The starting price for the company was RSD 136.158 million and the selling price was RSD 550 million.

The society for protection from fire and security of facilities and property from Belgrade, whose starting price was RSD 2.604 million, was sold to Vlastimir Milosevic from Nis for RSD 13.1 million.

Svetislav Maksimovic from Belgrade is the new owner of Pusta Reka from Bojnik. The company was sold for RSD 35 million, and the starting price was RSD 23.331 million.

Jugotehnika from Nis purchased for RSD 25 million the company Rasadnici from Vranjska Banja, while the starting price was RSD 17.888 million.

Companies within MIN-Holding Co, “Oprema”, “Mont” and “Fitip” were sold to the company Kopeks from Poland. The starting price was RSD 234.744 million, and the sale price was RSD 430 million.

Vladan Jevtic from Belgrade on behalf of a consortium purchased IMT Standard from Boljevac for the starting price of RSD 168.038 million.

Polimlje from Prijepolje was sold for the starting price of RSD 81.000 million to the company Vocar-Lutka from Prijepolje.

The company 1st Point Holdings Ltd from Cyprus purchased shares from the Share Fund in the company Zitozajednica from Belgrade for RSD 15.336 million, which was the starting price.

Part of the assets of the company Lola Sistem from Belgrade was sold to SCT&CG Montaza from Belgrade for RSD 148 million, and the starting price was RSD 147,201,323.

Factory of machines, tools and car parts, of the company Filip Kljajic in restructuring from Kragujevac, was sold to Tehnici Tankosic from Cacak. The starting and the sale price was RSD 81.149.
