According to the statement, the second ranked bidder is Habit Pharm from Ivanjica and Nelt Co from Belgrade ranked third.
Basic elements of the offer made by the top ranked bidder are a sale price of €2 million, an investment programme worth €1,006 million, and the bidder has also unconditionally accepted minimal obligations of the social programme.
Following the announcement of the tender list, the Privatisation Agency and the top ranked bidder will enter a period of negotiations to conclude terms of the sale contract.
If negotiations are successful the agency will sign a sale contract with the bidder within 30 days from the deadline for informing bidders at the tender on the results, in accordance with law.
