Loncar delivers House of Heart keys to family from Kosovo

Serbian Minister of Education Zoran Loncar visited Kosovo-Metohija today and delivered keys to the House of Heart to the nine-member Milivojevic family in Donja Gusterica, in the Lipljan municipality.
The House of Heart was built with the money raised by students, parents and teachers of elementary and secondary schools in Zemun, with the support of the Education Ministry.
On that occasion, Loncar said that the common policy of the Serbian government and Russia will prevent that any resolution based on Kosovo's independence be accepted in the UN Security Council.
Any one-sided decision on independence will be null and void for Serbia, Loncar said and reiterated that Kosovo will always be for Serbia what it is in the new Constitution - its integral and inalienable part.
Loncar also visited the Gracanica monastery, where he talked with Bishop Artemije, and he should also visit school administration, the Rectorate and the student dormitories in Kosovska Mitrovica, as well as the new student dormitories in Zvecan.
