Djelic chairs second session of Commission for restructuring of public companies

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic chaired the second session of the Commission for restructuring and privatisation of public companies, held on July 19 at the Serbian government.
The Commission decided to set up a working group for resolving open property issues between companies Jat Airways, Jat Tehnika, the Nikola Tesla Airport and the Agency for Flight Control. The working group will consist of relevant ministries - of finance, public administration and local self-government, economy and regional development, agriculture, infrastructure, and a representative of the Serbian Property Directorate who will direct the group's activities.
The Commission requested from the privatisation advisor for NIS Serbian oil industry, the consortium Merrill Lynch and Raiffeisen Investment, to answer additional questions related to changes on the market that have taken place since the adoption of the NIS privatisation strategy, which was in July 2006 until now.
