Bids for Savremena Administracija ranked

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission for the Savremena Administracija from Belgrade today approved the results of the tender and accepted the tender list according to which a consortium of Broadhurst Investment Limited from Cyprus and Srbijateks from Belgrade are first-ranked.
The basic elements of the first-ranked bid are the selling price of €5 million, investment programme worth €100,000 and unconditional acceptance of the minimum requirements from the social welfare programme.
Following the announcement of the list, the Privatisation Agency and the bidder will begin talks on the conclusion of the sales contract.
If negotiations are concluded successfully, the Agency will sign the final contract with the buyer within a period of 30 days.
