Retail prices up 3.7% in H1

The Serbian Statistics Office said today that retail prices and services in June 2007 went up by 0.6% against the previous month.
In the first half of the year, prices are by 3.7% higher, with rise of 4% in June 2007 compared with the same period last year.
By groups, alcoholic beverages and tobacco went up in price by 4.4%, furniture prices rose got up 3.1%, health services 2.3% and transportation 1.3%.
Foodstuff and non-alcoholic drinks decreased in price by 1% whereas the prices of other products and services did not change.
