The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that representatives of the Agency and buyer Betonut Zrt from Budapest, Hungary, signed yesterday a contract for the sale of 70% of the socially owned capital, which is 68.13% of the total registered capital of the socially owned construction and maintenance company Valjevo Put from Valjevo.
According to the statement, basic elements of the contract are a selling price of €1.57 million, an investment programme worth €2.73 million, and the buyer has accepted the minimum as well as certain additional obligations of the social programme.
Besides the company Betonut Zrt, bid for purchase of 68.13% of the total registered capital of Valjevo Put was also submitted by the road construction company Valjevo from Valjevo.
The bids were opened at the continued first session of the tender commission held on April 5, while at the second session held on May 8, results of the tender were approved and the tender list was accepted according to which the company Betonut Zrt was declared the top bidder.
