Agricultural producer Drasko Danilovic opened last night in Novi Sad the 74th International fair of agriculture, the largest event of that kind in southeastern Europe at which more than 2,000 exhibitors from 60 countries will take place from May 12 to 19.
Director General of Novi Sad fair Aleksandar Andrejevic thanked the city of Novi Sad for assistance, the provincial administration and the Republic for offering help all these years to this institution in the organisation of the International fair of agriculture.
The formal opening was attended by Serbian ministers of public administration and local self-government Zoran Loncar and of economy Predrag Bubalo, as well as president of the Vojvodina Executive Council Bojan Pajtic.
