Sale tender for company Majevica Holding from Backa Palanka declared unsuccessful

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the public tender for sale of 51.05% of the total registered capital of the company Majevica Holding from Backa Palanka approved the decision of the negotiations commission that negotiations with the sole bidder at the tender are declared unsuccessful.
According to the statement, these decisions were brought at the third session of the tender commission held yesterday.
