Days of Russia in Belgrade opened

The cultural event Days of Russia in Belgrade officially opened today at the Belgrade Faculty of Law.
Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Alekseev said that this event aims to give the Serbian people the feeling they are not left alone and that they have friends ready to help. He also said that this is the opportunity to present modern Russia.
The event was also attended by Serbian Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic and Minister of Science and Environmental Protection Aleksandar Popovic as well as parliament speaker Borka Vucic and head of the economic team for Kosovo-Metohija and the south of Serbia Nenad Popovic.
The event will also take place in Kosovska Mitrovica, where a Russian delegation will meet with lecturers and students of the Russian language and literature at the University of Pristina on April 27.
