The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission for the Komgrap holding corporation from Belgrade today unanimously approved the results of the tender and accepted the tender list according to which Integral Inzenjering, from Laktasi in Republika Srpska was declared first-ranked, and the consortium consisting of Monterra from Belgrade and Ilija Djordjevic from Belgrade second-ranked.
The main elements of the first ranked bid are the selling price of €4,353,390, an investment programme worth €4,318,000 and unconditional acceptance of minimum obligations from the social welfare programme.
The main elements of the second ranked bid are the selling price of €1,697,852, an investment programme worth €4.5 million and unconditional acceptance of minimum obligations from the social welfare programme.
After the proclamation of the tender list, the Agency and the first-ranked bidder Integral Inzenjering will start negotiations concerning the conclusion of the sales contract.
