Loncar told agency Beta that the Russian approach is fully responsible and constructive as compromise can be reached only through negotiations, adding that Serbia accepts this stand.
He said that contrary to readiness to find a compromise through negotiations, Albanian separatists are more and more often threatening with violence, and noted that the whole international community must immediately and harshly react to these threats with terror.
According to Loncar, it is necessary that the new negotiating process starts as soon as possible.
A new international mediator should focus on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and the model of substantial autonomy, which is certainly a way to reach a compromise for Kosovo-Metohija, Loncar said.
