Parivodic pointed to the importance of branding each domestic product and recalled that last year’s export from Serbia increased 30% while foreign investment boosted three times reaching $5.56 billion.
According to Parivodic, good brands guarantee quality and represent an important form of prestige while local businesspeople must become aware how important branding is for a quality business operation.
The Minister noted that the fair itself has become a Serbian brand.
Vice President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) Stojan Jeftic stressed that Serbia should be branded and represented as an investment opportunity.
Vice President of Foreign Investors Council (FIC) Gustavo Navarro said that FIC will support the promotion of Serbia and development of national branding.

The event is organised under the patronage of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Services, Ministry of International Economic Relations, PKS, FIC, RTS television and dailies Politika and Vecernje Novosti.
