Serbian Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic attended this evening in Nis the promotion of book "Agreement on admitting guilt", authored by Danilo L. Nikolic.
The agreement on admitting guilt is an alternative way of resolving criminal procedures without trials which has been introduced into Serbian legislation for the first time with the Law on criminal procedure.
The application of this agreement should contribute to more effective work of prosecutor's offices and courts in criminal matters.
