The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission for the sale of Belgrade-based Centrotekstil adopted the tender list at its session held on February 21, according to which the company Home Art & Sales Services from Switzerland has been declared first-ranked bidder.
The statement specifies that the consortium comprising Equest Investments Bulgaria from the Virgin Islands and Raiffeisen Investment from Austria was declared second-ranked, whereas the consortium comprising Media II, Media and BN Boss Company from Belgrade with Dragan Vujicic, Miroslav Mitic, Nenad Dopudja and Branislav Jevic was declared third-ranked.
The basic elements of the first-ranked bid are the selling price of €18.9 million, investment programme worth €3 million and unconditional acceptance of the minimum requirements from the social welfare programme.
Following the announcement of the list, the Privatisation Agency and Home Art & Sales Services will begin talks on the conclusion of the sales contract.
