Kostunica told the Beta news agency that the Serbian negotiating team goes to the talks in Vienna scheduled for February 21 with a completely prepared platform.
According to him, the team will expand on how the administration of Kosovo-Metohija within Serbia should look like in all its segments.
All our positions are based on the
Serbian Constitution, the UN Charter and recognised universal principles which are the foundation of international order, peace and stability in the world, Kostunica said.
The Serbian Prime Minister said that the negotiating team will use well-grounded arguments to dispute all positions from Ahtisaari's plan that violate international law and redraw Serbia's state borders arbitrarily.
We will be utterly constructive and warn on time through talks that it is necessary to adjust the entire Ahtisaari's paper to existing international norms.
Otherwise, it is clear that the UN Security Council will reject any attempt to take away15% of Serbian territory, as a sovereign state and UN member, Kostunica concluded.
