According to the statement, the basic elements of the offer of Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis are the selling price of €16.38 million and a total investment programme worth €15 million. The buyer has also unconditionally accepted minimum obligations, as well as certain additional elements of the social programme.
Bids were offered for 70% of the capital of the aforementioned company also by Evropetroleum, Plovdiv (Bulgaria), Prista Oil from Sofia (Bulgaria), and MBS Consortium (comprising Res Trade from Novi Sad and MBS Tehno from Belgrade).
The tender commission brought a decision to approve the tender results and accept the tender list according to which Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis was declared top bidder, on its second session held on December 29.
