The buyer agreed to pay the selling price of €25 million and accepted an investment programme worth €10 million as well as additional obligations from the social-welfare programme.
Apart from this consortium, bids were also submitted by Prista Oil from Sofia, Bulgaria, Orka from Ljubljana, Slovenia, and MBS consortium made up of Res Trade from Novi Sad and MBS Tehno from Belgrade. Bids were also submitted by Evropetroleum from Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Mol Lub Plc from Budapest, Hungary, Euro Gas from Subotica, Burgoil Company from Burgas, Bulgaria, and Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis from Greece.
The tender commission accepted the tender list in a session held on December 18, 2006.
