State negotiating team still awaits Ahtisaari’s proposal on Kosovo status

Coordinator of the Serbian team for negotiations on the future status of Kosovo-Metohija Slobodan Samardzic said today that the team still has not received any part of the proposal drafted by US Special Envoy Marti Ahtisaari regarding the future status of Kosovo-Metohija.
Samardzic said in a statement for the news agency Beta that Belgrade will wait for the proposal mentioned in order to state their position concerning it.
He said that the Serbian negotiation team has still not held a meeting, and added that this can be expected after the team members get to know the contents of today’s meeting of the Contact Group.
