Formation of new government is Serbia's internal issue, says Djuric

Director of the Serbian government's Office of Media Relations Srdjan Djuric officially denied the information that Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica and EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana discussed the formation and composition of the new Serbian government.

In a statement to the Beta news agency, Djuric said that the EU High Representative did talk with Kostunica, but stressed that Solana's associates' statements that the discussion concerned the formation and composition of the new government are utterly incorrect.
Kostunica and Solana only commented that the elections passed in democratic and fair atmosphere and both collocutors are well aware that the issue of the new government is solely a Serbian internal issue, stressed Djuric.
