Police take over security of Prohor Pcinjski border crossing

Members of the Serbian border police have taken control over the border with Macedonia from the Serbian Army on the Prohor Pcinjski border crossing in the Bujanovac municipality.
After taking over control of Cakanovac border crossing in the Presevo municipality, this is the second takeover of border control on the Macedonian border.
Full police control over the border with Macedonia will be established by the end of January with the takeover of the Trgoviste border crossing.
So far, border police have taken over control of the borders with Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria whereas the procedure on borders with Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia will be concluded by end-January.
