Bidders vying for Belgrade oil maker ranked

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has ranked bidders interested in acquisition of 70% of the total registered capital of oil making company Rafinerija Nafte from Belgrade.
The first ranked is Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis from (Greece), followed by Evropetroleum, Plovdiv (Bulgaria), Prista Oil from Sofia (Bulgaria), whereas MBS Consortium (made of Res Trade from Novi Sad and MBS Tehno from Belgrade) was ranked fourth.
The basic elements of the offer of Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis are the selling price of €16.38 million and a total investment programme worth €15 million.
The Privatisation Agency and Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis will start negotiations to conclude a sale agreement.
