Contract on sale of SIK Kucevo signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that its representatives as well as authorised representatives of the buyer Manfred Hartmann GmbH and Co from Germany signed the contract yesterday on the sale of 100% of socially-owned capital of the wood processing plant SIK Kucevo from Kucevo.
The buyer agreed to pay the selling price of €21 million and accepted an investment programme worth €2.7 million as well as additional obligations from the social-welfare programme.
At its third session held on December 18, the tender commission decided to conclude the contract on the sale of 100% of the social capital of SIK Kucevo in restructuring with the sole bidder Manfred Hartmann GmbH and Co from Germany.
