Governor of the National Bank of Serbia Radovan Jelasic said today that the total inflation in 2006 reached 6.6%, and base inflation 5.9%.

In an interview to Tanjug news agency, Jelasic said that for 2006 the government projected total inflation of approximately 9.3%, and base inflation between 7% and 9%.
