Mitrosrem sold for over €15m

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that it signed an agreement selling 70% of socially-owned agricultural company Mitrosrem from Sremska Mitrovica with the buyer Finam Skin from Beocin and DSD Tobako from Belgrade.
The buyer agreed to pay the selling price of €15.15 million and accepted an investment programme worth €10 million as well as additional obligations from the social-welfare programme.
Apart from this consortium, the bids were also submitted by MK Commerce from Novi Sad, Veterinarski Zavod from Zemun, Agrokop from Novi Sad, Delta M from Belgrade, and Fidelinka from Subotica.
The bids were opened on October 6, and the tender commission approved results of the tender on its second session on November 3.
