IPM Zmaj sale agreement signed

Representatives of the Privatisation Agency and representatives of a consortium made up of D'Arcy&Platt, Belgrade, Finpro, LLC, Delaware, USA, Agrokop, Novi Sad and Figra, Belgrade, signed today an agreement selling 98.64% of IPM Zmaj in restructuring from Zemun.
The price is set at above €1 million, the investment programme is worth €6 million and the buyer also agreed to additional obligations arising from the social programme.
The tender commission approved the agreement on December 18.
