Head of the Economic Team for Kosovo-Metohija and southern Serbia Nenad Popovic will be in Skopje tomorrow, where within the framework of the High Noon debates he will hold a presentation titled “Unifying forces for the economic development of Kosovo-Metohija”.
The series of debates known as the High Noon project are held in the organisation of the Centre for Strategic Research and Documentation (CSRD) forum, and the project was initiated three years ago with the aim to bring closer different view points regarding causes of the conflict in Kosovo-Metohija, as well as possibilities for resolving it.
Popovic said regarding the event that it is an opportunity for participants of the forum and Macedonian public to get better acquainted with the official positions and activities of the Serbian government and the Economic Team.
He expressed gratitude to organisers for the invitation and said that realising a better future for Kosovo-Metohija and the entire region of West Balkans is possible only through establishing joint dialogue between all interested sides, constant mutual consultation, analysis of problems and seeking possibilities for resolving them.
During his stay in Skopje, Popovic will have a series of meetings with representatives of the Macedonian government concerning the current economical and political situation in Kosovo-Metohija, reads the statement by the Economic Team for Kosovo-Metohija and southern Serbia.
