Government and people of Serbia expect Ahtisaari to personally condemn terrorism

Director of the Serbian government’s Office of Media Relations Srdjan Djuric has expressed the expectation that UN Special Envoy for talks on Kosovo-Metohija Marti Ahtisaari will, directly on his return, clearly and firmly condemn terrorism in Kosovo-Metohija.
In a statement to the news agency Tanjug, Djuric said that if Ahtisaari, according to his spokesperson has been prevented from condemning terrorism by Albanian separatists due to travelling, the implication is that he will do so as soon as he has finished travelling.
He stressed that the Serbian government will deeply appreciate it when Ahtisaari personally condemns terrorism by Albanian separatists, and expects that he condemns every act of terrorism committed during his mandate.
According to Djuric, the government and entire Serbian nation is waiting for Ahtisaari to personally express condemnation.
