RTB Bor tender commission starts work

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said today that the commission in charge of the public tender for the sale of mining and metallurgical complex RTB Bor held their first session.
The tender commission is in charge of selling RTB Bor copper mines, RTB copper mines Majdanpek and RTB Bor smelter and refinery.
President of the commission is State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy Zora Simovic whereas commission vice president is Miodrag Conic, acting director general of RTB Bor.
The commission concluded that five valid offers arrived until November 22, namely Simon Metallurgical Consortium, Romanian Cuprom SA, Amalco Limited from Cyprus, Strikeforce Limited from Cyprus and a consortium made up of Orn Event Fund LP and East Point Holdings Ltd.
The submitted documents were forwarded to the advisor of the Privatisation Agency for analysis.
