In a statement to the news agency Tanjug, Gagic said that the delivery of remains of the bodies of persons who were murdered in 1998 and 1999 in Kosovo-Metohija was attended by representatives of the UNMIK, the Red Cross and family members of missing persons.
He specified that these are remains of the bodies of Milan Stancic from Prizren, Svetozar Tomic from Orahovac, Momcilo Dimic from Obilic, Dragoljub Arsic from Gnjilane, Daka Asanije from Urosevac, Miodrag Obradovic from Pec, Srecko Dekic from Prizren and Budimir Baljosevic from Orahovac.
According to Gagic, among those killed, seven persons were murdered at the arrival of KFOR in the southern Serbian province in the summer of 1999, while one person was killed in 1998.
Gagic pointed to the fact that their bodies were discovered in an exhumation which was conducted in the Pristina cemetery Dragodan, as well as in cemeteries in Prizren, Gnjilane, Djakovica and Pec. He added that according to the wishes of the families, they will be buried in Serbia.
