Sole bid for “SIK Kucevo” in restructuring opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that only one bid was submitted at the tender for the sale of 100% of the capital of the socially-owned company “SIK Kucevo” from Kucevo in restructuring.
According to the statement, the pubic opening of the sole bid was held at the first session of the tender commission. The bid was offered by the company Manfred Hartmann, from Germany, which is also the only company that bought tender documentation.
On the basis of analysis of qualification documentation and opinion of advisors in the Agency, the tender commission decided that the sole bidder fulfils the qualifying conditions in the tender for the sale of 100% capital of the company.
The first session of the tender commission began on November 3 and its first meeting was held on November 8, while the second sitting of the session and public opening of the bid was held on November 27.
