Contract of sale of Partizanski Put signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that a contract of the sale of 100% of the total registered capital of construction company Partizanski Put from Belgrade has been signed with road company Belgrade from Belgrade. Out of 100% of the capital of Partizanski Put, 79.85% is socially-owned and 20.15% share capital of the Republic of Serbia.
The basic elements of the contract are the selling price of €400,000, a €2.1 million investment programme, and in addition to minimum obligations, the buyer accepted responsibilities from the social welfare programme.
