Apart from Popovic, the Serbian parliament delegation will also include Director of the Serbian government's EU Integration Office Tanja Miscevic.
During two-day working meetings, participants will discuss the political situation in Serbia, its new Constitution, prospects for the continuation of negotiations on stabilisation and association, cooperation with the Hague tribunal and the process of resolution of the future status of Kosovo.
Popovic will meet with Stefan Lehne, EU special envoy for negotiations on the future status of Kosovo-Metohija and special advisor of EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Javier Solana, deputy director of the EU Directorate-General for Energy and Transport Fabrizio Barbaso and EU Energy Commissioner Andris Pielbags.
He will also meet with Chairman of the European parliament for southeastern Europe Doris Pack, director of the Working table II for economy of the Stability Pact for South East Europe Laurent Guye, director of the Directorate-General for Western Balkans Therese Sobieski, and with researcher of the EU Institute for Security Studies and professor of the Centre for the Politics of Central and South East Europe and the Centre for Russian and East European Studies Judy Batt.
