Sale contract for company “Trajal Korporacija” from Krusevac signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said today that it signed a contract for sale of 76.9% of the total registered capital of the company “Trajal Korporacija” from Krusevac with the top bidder Brikel from Bulgaria.
According to the statement the purchase price was €12.120 million with an investment programme worth €25.133 million; the buyer also unconditionally accepted the minimum as well as additional obligations from the social welfare programme.
