Sale contract for Niteks from Nis signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has stated that representatives of the Agency and the consortium comprising "Irva Investicije" from Belgrade, “Jabuka” from Belgrade and Slavko Djordjevic from Vranje have signed the sale contract for 100% of the total registered capital of socially-owned company Niska Industrija Tekstila "Ratko Pavlov" - Niteks under restructuring.
According to the statement the purchase price was €2.250 million with an investment programme worth €4 million; the buyer also unconditionally accepted the minimum obligations from the social welfare programme.
