Negotiations begin with sole bidder for sale of fashion company Rudnik

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has stated that the tender commission in charge of the public tender for the sale of 68.89% of the total assets of Gornji Milanovac fashion company Rudnik (in restructuring), has decided to begin negotiations with the sole bidder at the tender.
According to the statement, the only bidder is the consortium made up of Irva Investicije, Jabuka from Belgrade and Mihailo Mikic from Belgrade.
Considering the fact that there was only one bidder at the tender, the Ministry of Economy will form a commission to begin negotiations with the bidder in the upcoming period.
