In a statement to the Tanjug news agency, Djuric said that any such attempt is predestined to fail and it would be best if Ahtisaari resigns.
He said that Ahtisaari had failed to organise serious talks and enable a compromise solution to be reached.
Serbia is not acquainted with a single letter of Ahtisaari's document and this is the most obvious proof that there are no such documents and that he is attempting to replace actual negotiations with controlled talks whose outcome is already known, stressed Djuric.
Since everything is becoming increasingly clear, the time is ripe for Ahtisaari to let a new international mediator take his place, one who will stick to the UN Charter and international law from the very start as the only possible way.
Any paper written behind Serbia's back should best be simply thrown away into the bin. Ahtisaari has never been granted the right to give away 15% of Serbian land, concluded Djuric.
