This is yet another example of how the judiciary under Kurti passes judgment on purely political and ethnic grounds, according to which Serbs are guilty whenever an Albanian points the finger at them out of personal motives or for material gain.
Đoković lived in Vitomirica until the March pogrom, when he was expelled and his house was burned down. However, he returned to his native area and initiated legal proceedings over the usurpation of his property, following which he was charged with alleged war crimes, the statement said.
