The Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija confirmed that all 265 polling stations in the Serbian southern province have been opened this morning and that the referendum process is developing under safety conditions.

Representative of the Serbian Electoral Commission for four districts in Kosovo-Metohija Milinko Bajceta said that a 10% turnout has been recorded at four polling stations in Leposavic by 10 am.
