Bids opened for IPM Zmaj in restructuring

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has stated that the tender commission in charge of the Zemun based company IPM Zmaj in restructuring opened bids for the purchase of 98.64% of the total registered capital of this company.
According to the statement it was concluded that one bid was received within the deadline, which was submitted by the consortium Zmaj comprising companies D’Arcy& Platt from Belgrade, FinPro from Delaware, USA, “Agrokop” from Novi Sad and “Figra” from Belgrade.
Financial and legal advisors of the Agency will, within 30 days from the opening of the bid make an assessment of the offer submitted, which will be presented at the following session of the tender commission.
