Bids for “Mitrosrem” from Sremska Mitrovica opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has stated that the tender commission for the socially-owned agricultural company “Mitrosrem” from Sremska Mitrovica held public opening of bids for the sale of 70% of the socially-owned capital of this company.
The tender documentation was purchased by “MK Komerc”, “Finam” and “Agrocop” from Novi Sad, “Delta M” from Belgrade, “Veterinarski Zavod” from Zemun, “Mirotin” from Vrbas, “Fidelinka”, from Subotica and “Finam Skin”, from Beocin.
The bids submitted within the September 29 deadline were by “Veterinarski Zavod”, “Agrocop” and the consortium comprising “Finam Skin”, “DSD Tobako”, “Fidelinka”, “MK Komerc”, and “Delta M”.
On the basis of the documentation submitted, the tender commission concluded that these bidders fulfil conditions set in the public invitation.
The Privatisation Agency, in cooperation with an advisor, will make an evaluation of the bids within 30 days at most, after which the evaluation will be presented at the second session of the tender commission.
