The tender documentation for Novi Dom was purchased by W.E.G Technology from Belgrade, NeltCo from Belgrade, Delta M from Belgrade, Mega Tabak from Belgrade, Jugodrvo from Belgrade, Broadhurst Investments Limited from Cyprus, Home Art & Sales Services from Switzerland, United Business Activities Holding from Switzerland, NCA Investment Group from Belgrade, Mercator - S, Rodic M&B Co from Kula and Univerzal TPM from Belgrade.
Within the deadline of September 29, three offers were made by a consortium made up of Nelt Co from Belgrade, Simpo from Vranje, Atase from Belgrade and Eki Investment from Belgrade, a consortium made up of PSP - Farman from Moscow and Jugodrvo Holding from Belgrade, and from Broadhurts Investments Limited from Nicosia, Cyprus.
All three bidders meet the criteria from the public invitation for the purchase of 70% of registered socially-owned capital of Novi Dom.
In cooperation with an advisor, the Agency will examine the bids and will present its decisions on the tender commission's second session.
