Representatives of the Serbian government's Commission for Missing Persons and more than 100 members of the families of the missing received today at the Merdare administrative border the mortal remains of 29 identified Kosovo Serbs and other non-Albanians whose bodies had been recovered from a mass grave in Volujak and from other locations in the province.

Coffins with mortal remains of all victims will be transferred to the Belgrade’s Orlovaca cemetery during the day. At this cemetery, the families of the identified persons will organise a wake, which will last until October 14 at 10 am, when a commemorative gathering will be organised at the Orlovaca cemetery. After that, at 11 am a funeral service for the dead will be held, followed by the funeral at 12 noon.
