This applies to citizens living in the Bor, Zlatibor, Moravica, Mačva, Kolubara and Zaječar administrative districts.
Members of the government also passed the Bill on the establishment and functioning of the cohesion policy management system, which sets the legal basis for building a system for efficient and effective management of cohesion policy funds.
This primarily entails establishing an institutional framework and strengthening capacities for the implementation of cohesion policy funds, as well as preparing planning and programming documents through which the funds are directed to priority areas and investments.
At the session, the government adopted the Decree on the conditions and manner of implementing the subsidised purchase of new all-electric vehicles, for which a total of RSD 170 million has been allocated. Applications for subsidies are submitted exclusively electronically, via the eGovernment portal.
The deadline for submitting applications for the purchase of new electric vehicles is from 1 March to 30 September, and the subsidy for legal entities and individuals amounts to up to €5,000, depending on the type of vehicle.
The government also adopted the Decree on the allocation and use of funds for subsidising protected assets of national interest in 2026, in the total amount of RSD 730,000,000.
The government adopted a Conclusion on the manner of financing the treatment of persons with rare diseases in 2026, in order to ensure the continuation or commencement of their treatment in the current year, for which RSD 10,200,000,000 has been secured.
In addition, the government adopted the Decree establishing the Programme for the allocation of non-refundable funds for the purchase of a rural house with a yard, as well as the Decree establishing the Programme for the allocation of non-refundable funds for the equipping and refurbishment of village community centres in villages across the territory of the Republic of Serbia for 2026, with the aim of encouraging demographic renewal, revitalising villages and improving the quality of life in rural areas.
At today’s session, decisions were also adopted determining protection measures, the boundaries of the protected surroundings and protection measures for the protected surroundings of the Church of St Achillius cultural monument in Arilje and the archaeological sites of Caričin Grad near Leskovac, Dvorine – Hungarian Cemetery in the village of Banja and Mora Vagei in Mihajlovac near Negotin.
