The new stamp has a hologram and a watermark, and is hard to forge, said Dinkic, adding that new excise stamps will be introduced in three months.

As part of his visit to Nis, Dinkic also met with local businessmen to discuss loans for small and medium-sized enterprises and the setting-up of a guarantee fund, and attended a public debate on draft laws on corporate profit tax and value-added tax (VAT).
