The Serbian Privatisation Agency said that Vranje-based debtor in receivership Poljoprodukt was sold yesterday.
The management building spanning nearly 3,000 square metres, follow-up facilities and equipment as well as cold storage facilities were sold to Nis-based Scwarzmann for a total of 24.2 million dinars, up from the starting price of 23.8 million.
Vranje-based Pegasus bought the servicing workshop spanning 434 square metres for 3.3 million, up from initial 3.25 million dinars, the statement said.
