The letter of intent between the Serbian Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of the Interior, Security, Decentralisation and Customary Affairs of the Democratic Republic of the Congo was exchanged by Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dačić and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Security, Decentralisation and Customary Affairs of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Jacquemain Shabani Lukoo.
Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, Francophonie and the Congolese Diaspora of the Democratic Republic of Congo Noella Ayeganagato Nakwipone exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding between the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, Francophonie and the Congolese Diaspora on political consultations, as well as a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, Francophonie and the Congolese Diaspora of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
A Memorandum of Understanding between the Serbian Ministry of Sport and the Ministry of Sports and Recreation of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the field of sport was exchanged by the two ministers, Zoran Gajić and Didier Budimbu Ntubuanga.
