At the fair, which is being held this year at the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) under the slogan “Knowledge. Skills. Future”, the Prime Minister told the students that Serbia believes in the strength of young people and their key role in the modernisation of the state, given that their knowledge is a national resource of strategic importance.
Macut called on students to seize this opportunity and boldly enter the world of public administration, to learn, but also to contribute, because their voice and their perspective represent the backbone of a new, modern and responsible administration.
He underlined that Serbia knows how and wants to invest in its most talented young professionals, because it is they who carry the vision of the future modern Serbia.
Minister of State Administration and Local Self-Government Snežana Paunović recalled that this initiative has become one of the most successful public policies in the field of public administration reform in the past five years.
According to her, since the first year, when 18 authorities participated, today the network consists of a much larger number of partners who have recognised the importance of working with students.
The Minister emphasised that the greatest success of this practice is that students recognise its value, in addition to the fact that the programme also carries international recognition - the ReSPA and OECD/SIGMA Special Award for Youth Empowerment.
This event has grown over the past years into the most important link between the academic community and the public administration system. The fair brought together about 1,500 students from all over Serbia and 143 public administration authorities from 73 cities and municipalities, which prepared a record number of opportunities for practical work in the academic year 2025/2026.
