Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starović, participated today, together with Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Ambassador Andreas von Beckerath at the presentation of the European Commission’s Annual Progress Report on Serbia for 2025 to the business community.

Starović said that the report provides a comprehensive overview of the country’s progress on the path to membership in the European Union, adding that Serbia does not view these findings only as formal observations, but as a practical roadmap for concrete activities and reforms.
According to him, while these findings are encouraging when it comes to the economy, they also highlight the need for continued efforts to improve Serbia’s economic competitiveness, fully integrate into the EU internal market and meet the expectations of the European single market.
Starović reiterated the sincere position of our leadership that Serbia continues to be a reliable partner of the European Union, committed to accelerating reforms and achieving results that bring the country closer to the European Union.
