MPs also adopted the Law amending the Law on Planning and Construction, which introduces new provisions in the fields of infrastructure, urban planning and the fight against illegal construction.
Amendments to the Law on State Survey and Cadastre were likewise adopted to facilitate the procedure of registering rights to real estate and strengthen control mechanisms for the work of geodetic organisations.
Furthermore, the parliament adopted the Law amending the Law on Enforcement and Security, which guarantees the right to a single home to citizens of Serbia, as prescribed by the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
Lawmakers also adopted the Law on Information Security, which provides for the establishment of the Information Security Office, as well as the Law amending the Law on Court Fees, which harmonise court fees with the cost of living in order to improve the position of judiciary employees.
In addition, the parliament passed the Law amending the Law on Special Procedures for the Implementation of the International Specialised Exhibition Expo Belgrade 2027, whose application will speed up the construction of facilities necessary for holding the exhibition.
The members of parliament adopted the Law on Seeds and Planting Material of Agricultural and Ornamental Plants, whose aim is harmonisation with European standards and the provision of a better quality and safety of seeds and planting material on the market.
Serbian MPs also adopted 30 laws ratifying a number of international agreements and financial contracts.
